Hi there,
Since the fracture, I am not allowed to do jump rope. I understand how convenient it was to do this and how effective it was. It's short, you can do it everywhere, you don't need a swimming pool or a gym to carry on your workout.
I have been substituting skipping with 25 minutes swimming or biking. The 25 minutes seem very long. I try to do it everyday but when I travel I can't bring with me my swimming pool the same way I used to do with the jump rope.
But at least it's better than not doing anything. The fracture during the program was not ideal but surprinsingly I am sticking to the program which enabled me to obtain significant results. Today it's minus 9 kg. I am at 82.9 Kg and hope that by the end of the program I could be below the 80Kg's mark.
I would have to keep going with PCP beyond PCP until i reach 76 Kg.
