Not eating the whole day, doing your workout right before iftar is becoming difficult. The only positive is that the scale is showing improvements on a daily basis after a long period of stagnation. Yesterday i was so tired that I slept from 9 PM till 7 AM.
Patrick has given me a special diet during Ramadan but with still 3 meals. There is no way I can eat 3x during the night only. My stomach has shrunk and can't manage to eat the equivalent of a day of food during one night.
I still have not find the right rythme for Ramadan but all I can say it's challenging
