Day 45, 46 and 47 - Do you finish all your exercises?

Hi there,

I have been very irregular with my blog and mainly because of work. All my colleagues went on vacation and I end up working on all the subject which does not leave me with too much spare time.

After the tibia fracture, I have started substituting jumprope with swimming. Because it's using another set of muscles at the back, I am now sore from my back. Swimming 30 minutes a day is really a challenge. I managed to do it twice. Today I did some biking so that I can give some rest to my back muscles.

For the rest of the exercises, they are really a challenge. I don't know if everyone manages to finish all the exercises especially the pull-ups and the abs? I have to be honest I can't...

Today's stats are good. 84.4 Kg from the 91.8 when I started which means (-)7.4Kg so far. I think it's not bad given that I have been very irregular with my exercises because of the fracture and the amount of travel i did in an out this month.

  1. I am finding abs easier now that I do 8MA every night before I go to bed.

But the pull-ups and chest dips are a bit of a joke for me. I go through the motions for all the reps but my body is not moving through space the way it looks in the photos. I guess that something is better than nothing right?

Planks - I nearly get through them but have to a knee down a few times.

  2. I've been very vocal about the pull-ups lately. Totally hit the wall on those about 3 weeks ago and haven't been able to make any discernible progress since then...

Sorry to read about your leg fracture... that's awful, hope you can go swimming or have something else lined up!
